Founded by Kelly Kniffin Pacelli in Melville, New York, Phoenix Agency is an insurance agency that branched off of The Viking Agency. The Viking Agency was founded by Richard Kniffin, Kelly's father, and was founded to provide clients with personal relations as well as amazing service. Kelly followed in her father's footsteps spending 25 years learning and mastering the world of insurance.

In June 2020 she decided to create her own agency just as her father did over half a century ago. Her passion for helping others and "treating others how you wanted to be treated," a quote from Richard's wife and Kelly's mother Paula Kniffin, is what Phoenix Agency strives to live up to. Paula passed away in January 2018, but her memory lives on through Phoenix Agency and Kelly.
